An exciting opportunity for a motivated Export Sales Representative who has experience within the body shop industry. Ideally situated in Europe, you will be a professional who can quickly absorb and retain product knowledge. The role covers a large geographical area of Europe, Africa and more.What is the purpose of this job?
To ensure delivery of forecasted annual sales volumes, business mix and margin targets through effective account management for the JTAPE Brand and private label in assigned area of responsibility.What are the primary duties of this role?

- To ensure delivery of annual sales volumes at focus and non-focus customers, business mix and margin targets through effective sales, account management and planning.
- Look for distribution opportunities around the world for the JTAPE Brand.
- Look to identify new opportunities both with existing JTAPE and Private Label Customers.
- Provide sales and technical support to customers.
- Identify opportunities across product groups and customer base achieving a good product mix.
- Input of data into the JTAPE CRM system, currently NetSuite.
- Work with FOCUS Customers in terms of account management.
- Work with and assist customer sales/technical teams.
- Training of distribution reps and technical teams in benefits and USPs of the JTAPE product range.
- Promote and develop sales of new products.
- Provide Market and competitor insight feedback to the Senior Management Team ensuring full awareness of potential growth opportunities or concerns with any area of the business.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders within the automotive refinish industry.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, and other departments to ensure sales strategies align with company objectives.
- Day-to-Day Activities:

- Address and manage incoming enquiries from your area of responsibility.
- Liaise with key clients and prospects to build relationships and secure new business opportunities through personal visits and remote meetings.
- Manage your sales budget and forecast to ensure targets are met.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to network and promote products as required.
- Ensure that each meeting and foreign trip has a plan to achieve and reviewed afterwards.
- Sales Targets and Objectives:

- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets as set by the company.
- Increase market share and customer base within the Export automotive refinish sector.
- Drive revenue growth through both existing and new customer accounts.
- Analysing sales figures MTD/QTD/YTD & totals and acting on findings.

Skills and qualifications
- Experience:

- Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Have had experience of export sales and dealing with customers from around the world.
- Technical Skills:
- Basic computer skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales data analysis tools.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive refinish masking products and market dynamics.
- Have full knowledge of the product range and their USPs.
- Be able to teach the benefits and USPs to Customers.
- Soft Skills:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to overcome objections, particularly regarding price.
- Able to take ownership of complaints and resolve in a professional manner.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable for specific requirements.
