Green High Temperature Polyester Film Discs

JTAPE Green High Temperature Polyester Film Discs are the gold standard when it comes to protecting the rear hubs of alloy wheels. Providing not only a protective barrier from automotive paint but also from heat up to 220°C/428°F during the baking process, they’re ideal for powder coating alloy wheels.

With a rubber-based adhesive for easy peel and adhesion, each roll contains 250 discs and ranges from 145mm up to 200mm, making it a cost-effective masking solution. Other sizes are available upon request.

For lower-temperature applications, such as spray painting, we’d recommend opting for

our High Temperature Crepe Masking Discs which offer heat-resistance up to 160°C.

The Green High Temperature Polyester Film Discs are also available in tape form to meet a wide range of uses.
