Description

JTAPE Multi‑Layer Booth Protection Film is a self‑adhesive solution for protecting spray booth floors, walls and surfaces from overspray and dust.

Designed for long term efficiency, its 4‑layer construction allows each layer to be peeled away once contaminated, instantly revealing a fresh surface beneath. The film is quick to apply, simple to remove and can be easily trimmed to fit around booth windows, doors and equipment.

A single application can last up to 12 months, reducing cleaning time, minimising maintenance and supporting improved productivity.

Ideal for new booths or restoring an ageing one, it helps maintain a consistently clean, professional working environment, while also protecting against contamination to paint jobs.

How do I remove a layer of Multi-Layer Booth Protection Film?

To remove a layer, simply peel away the top layer to expose a fresh layer below, without needing to re-apply or re-tape the edges. Each layer is clearly numbered, meaning you always know how many layers remain.

How many rolls do I need to cover my spray booth?

JTAPE Multi-Layer Booth Protection Film is supplied in rolls of 770mm width x 80m length. A single roll is more than sufficient to cover the walls of a standard booth once.

Will the product still perform if there are wrinkles or creases once applied?

Small wrinkles or creases will not have an adverse effect on the product performance, but we do recommend keeping these to a minimum, especially from an aesthetic point of view. Each roll of JTAPE Multi-Layer Booth Protection Film is supplied with a spreader to enable improved application.

How often should I peel away each layer?

We recommend peeling away each layer after 250 booth cycles or 3 months, whichever comes first.
