Description

JTAPE Refit Tape is a clear mounting tape offering good UV, humidity and chemical resistance, and thanks to the high-strength adhesive, it can be used to provide a reliable bond between the most difficult vehicle substrates – without the need for screws or mechanical fixings.

In addition, it’s perfect for use with other JTAPE products, such as JTAPE Door Skin Replacement Film.

JTAPE Refit Tape is available in 12mm or 25mm width options.

Can Refit Tape withstand high temperatures?

JTAPE Refit Tape offers excellent temperature resistance of up to 120°C/250°F. It also remains effective at low temperatures down to -20°C/-4°F.

Is Refit Tape a type of mounting tape?

Refit Tape is a clear carrier-free mounting tape that can quickly and easily attach substrates to a vehicle without leaving a noticeable gap.

Is it possible to move or remove Refit Tape once secured?

Although JTAPE Refit Tape is designed to provide a permanent fixing, it can be moved or removed if necessary. To do this, we recommend using string to carefully loosen the acrylic-based adhesive from the surface.

Why is Refit Tape carrier-free?

The absence of a foam carrier on this transparent mounting tape provides a better surface-to-surface bond that doesn’t leave a noticeable gap between the surfaces.
