Step 1: Use a clean cloth or sponge and high-quality car exterior shampoo mixed with warm water to thoroughly clean the back of the number plate and the area where the number plate will be stuck. Ensure any dirt, debris or leftover adhesive residue is completely removed since this could affect the application.  

Step 2: Peel the adhesive pads away from the backing and apply a strip to the left, right and middle of the number plate. Once you’ve applied each piece, peel away the protective release liner to reveal the double-sided adhesive. Be careful not to touch the adhesive since this could reduce its effectiveness.

Step 3: Spend a few minutes properly positioning the number plate to ensure it sits in the right place on the vehicle and isn’t wonky. While this step might be time-consuming, getting the positioning right the first time is important because of the high-tack adhesive.

Step 4: Apply pressure to the front of the plate for at least ten seconds to secure it in place. This will make sure that when the adhesive sets, the bond between the plate and the vehicle exterior remains strong.
